Summary
Idiopathic Nephrotic Syndrome (INS) is a very rare kidney condition that causes kidneys to leak a huge amount of protein into the urine. This may lead to kidney failure and require a transplant. Although rare, INS is one of the most difficult to manage kidney diseases in children and adults. This project aims to develop computational tools that will help to better understand this disease, improve diagnosis and treatment strategy.
