Summary
To investigate the genetic susceptibility to anti-drug antibody formation. Specifically we aim to replicate our initial findings from the prospective PANTS cohort.
The PANTS cohort has been used to study the genetic susceptibility, impact, and management of immunogenicity to anti-TNF therapy. An initial GWAS study has demonstrated genome wide significance at 3 loci including the HLA class II region.
This study does not require patient recall. We may require some additional phenotype data from the case notes if this has not currently available.
